對住膩制式飯店的客人來說, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino絕對會是一個特別的體驗. 很少有飯店主打的是他們飯店的娛樂性. 除了熱愛搖滾音樂的客人可以在這裡看到聽到與搖滾樂有關的各項產物外, Hard Rock Hotel 的Party Scene是Vegas數一數二的熱門派對場所. 尤其是招牌的"Rehab Pool Party"以及今年新開幕的Vanity Club,讓派對動物流連忘返. 在旅館軟體方面, 我目前只有在Hard Rock Hotel裡看到員工毫無忌憚的露出身上所穿刺的耳環, 鼻環, 以及刺青. 客人更是拎著一杯酒, 叼著一根香菸(或是大麻煙)在飯店各地走動著. 這正是他們飯店的獨特之處.

許多搖滾巨星所穿過的秀服都完整的呈現在Casino Tower裡的Grand Lobby.
View of Pool @ Night, Casino Tower. Casino Tower與其他Tower不同的是, 他們的房間都有一個可以開啟的窗戶, 在晚上有許多人打開窗戶喝酒. 不過走在底下的客人要小心從天而降的空酒瓶.
Casino Tower Pool - 這裡與其他Tower的泳池比較不同的是他們備有了一個小型的滑水道, 不過水溫太低了, 天氣冷的時候真的會感冒. 他們的Spa水療池也有一樣的問題急需改進.
The Rock Spa - 原來的Spa移到了HRH Tower (Reliquidary). 現在這間就改為供旅客使用的健身房.
Casino Tower - 於1995年建成的Tower, 在2009年間也有小重建, LCD 電視, 黑色搖滾風的皮椅, 鉚釘, 一樣不缺.
新古典式的裝潢, 在床頭提供的是Bose Wave System音響.
因為較早建成, 所以房間本身也顯得比較簡單, 空間的運用上也是比較一板一眼.
床墊是舊版的plush top mattress.
廁所充滿了濃濃的金屬味, Shower/Tub Combination與其他的Tower有點不同.

我目前人在台灣,
上西南官網訂LAX來回LAS機票外加planet hollywood酒店的packge,
但網站上要求我輸入必須和信用卡帳單地址相符的住址,
他們要寄送紙本機票和一些travel document,
而且到機場必須出示paper ticket才能換boarding pass,
否則要當場再買額外的paper ticket
我實在不懂不是都電子機票了嗎?為何一定要paper ticket,
我想請教您一下,
1.不填地址就無法完成訂購流程,
我能不能留我要住的旅館住址給他? 雖然和我的信用卡地址不相符合
2.萬一我真的沒有收到paper ticket
旅館沒人幫我收之類的...
不能拿著網路上印出來的東西去搭機嗎? 畢竟我在網上留下信用卡刷錢了啊
3.如果真的他要求我當場補買paper ticket,
應該不會是再付一次一模一樣多的機票錢吧?
頂多是收個手續費??
4.用網站印出的東西去住酒店可被接受嗎?
還是我一定要拿西南寄給我的travel document才行呢?
因為這禮拜就要出國了

Hello, 因為我不在台灣所以有些可能資訊不正確. 我所知道的是.
1. 美國都是用e ticket , 你只要有定位代號就可以check in (with your passport, of course). 沒有人真的會查, 你甚至可以在網路上 (24hours prior to departure)列印boarding pass, 所以是可以列印的去搭機, 因該不會要你補買.
2. 去旅館check in只要跟她說你的 name, passport (ID) + credit card就好了, 沒人拿paper去check in!

Important information regarding your flight tickets and travel documents:
You will receive paper documents, including flight tickets, for this Southwest Airlines Vacations package approximately 10 - 14 days prior to your scheduled vacation.
You must bring your paper flight tickets to the airport in order to receive your Boarding Pass, or you will be required to purchase additional flight tickets at the airport in order to travel.
If you are booking your vacation 14 days or less prior to departure, your paper tickets will be delivered using an expedited service. Carrier may leave documents at front door if no one is home at time of delivery.
If you are booking your vacation 15 days or more prior to departure, your paper tickets will be delivered using the USPS First Class Mail.
Flight Check In Information:
You may check in online to reserve your boarding position and print your Security Document beginning 24 hours in advance of departure.
The Security Document will reflect your reserved boarding position but will not allow you to board your flight without your Boarding Pass.
To obtain your Boarding Pass, you will need to present your flight tickets and Security Document at the ticket counter, Skycap podium (at select locations) or at the departure gate.
You must bring your paper flight tickets along with your Security Document to the airport in order to receive your Boarding Pass, or you will be required to purchase additional flight tickets at the airport in order to travel.

你大概是幾月幾號會在Vegas? 還有你Planet Hollywood 一晚他是給你多少錢的價錢呢 (扣除機票後)?
因為如果是10/6之前的話, 很多五星級飯店都不會太貴. 我目前看到最划算的事Mandarin Oriental Las Vegas 10/3-10/6 三晚只要450 USD, 不知道有沒有超出你的預算?
如果你能大概說你幾號出門還有一晚預算多少 (還有preferred location)會比較好幫你找.
