[Los Angeles] [American] Hole in the Wall Burger - 就算專程來不後悔的美味漢堡店

前一陣子去剪頭髮剛好經過這間漢堡店, 對於愛嘗鮮的我來說, 一定要來這間位於West LA地區的鼎鼎有名漢堡店來嘗試一下. 這間漢堡店老闆之前在原址經營杯子蛋糕 (Cupcake), 曾多次獲選為LA最美味的cupcake. 後來因為地點實在太難找, 轉型為漢堡店, 沒想到大受好評, 吸引了不少饕客上門成為這一帶赫赫有名的美味漢堡專賣店.

店面隱藏在Winchell Donut後面, 大致上在Santa Monica Blvd & Sepulveda Blvd的交界口, 可以停車在Winchell Donut/Yoshinoya那裏再走過來.
Menu裡面有不同的配料, Cheese, 麵包, 肉類任君選擇. 一個基本漢堡約美金 $7.95 + tax. 算是十分合理的價位.


店裡所採用的番茄醬, Ranch Dressing都是自製的 (Made in House), 毫不馬虎.
Sweet Potato Fries - 吃起來味道接近台灣的頂呱呱薯條, 香甜又有點咬勁. 可惜的是,他們並沒有提供不同尺寸的薯條, 要不然口感更接近台灣的頂呱呱薯條.
Burger with Pretzel Bun - 這是他們的招牌麵包. 將美國人常吃的Pretzel麵包改良成為漢堡專用的麵包, 吃起來更加有嚼勁. 這些麵包也是請當地麵包店專門為他們烘培.
這次漢堡我選擇了 Onion Mayo, Tomato, Zucchini Pickles (這是他們的獨門配料), Onions, Fried Egg, Beef Patty (Medium Rare), 真的是超美味, 超多汁的. 看圖片不會說謊!

不僅好看, 但是也非常美味的漢堡. 牛肉汁的香氣配上了爽口的青菜, 還有煎到剛剛好的荷包蛋, 以及自製的醬料, 當天現烤的麵包. 一個完美的漢堡就這樣誕生了.
排除了地點上的劣勢, 他們回到了餐廳的基本面 - 營造一個悠閒的用餐空間, 美味而不昂貴的漢堡, 反而讓他們聲名遠播. 如果有機會經過這一帶, 真的很值得來這品嘗美味的漢堡, 不過他們Closed on Sunday, and Cash Only!

This place take a bit of effort to find. However, its a great place to visit if you are into real delicious hamburgers.

I agree with other people, order pretzel bun with all the toppings (and pick your favorite mayo). I got mine medium-rare but some people may like it medium.

Everything is homemade here, including their condiments (ketchup, ranch dressing) so the quality is very consistent and unique.

When I am in West LA area and craving for burger, I will not go anywhere else but Hole in the Wall!
