這一段由土耳其伊斯坦堡機場 (IST)到上海浦東(PVG)航段的飛機是搭乘Turkish Airlines的Boeing 777-300ER機型(773). 這一架飛機與其他他們租借的機型最大的不同是他們的飛機採用了三個艙等(Business, Economy Plus, Economy), 還有他們全新設計的客艙座位. 與租借的773相比, 這個商務艙採用了傳統的商務艙座位配置 (2-3-2), 可是強調能夠躺平, 而且最大能達到200cm長度 (跟另一個機型的魚骨型商務艙相比, 反而不會顯得那麼狹窄).
座位採取2-3-2 配置, 每個座位能夠達到180度全平躺狀態. 23" width, 49" seat Pitch, 雖然不是獨立的商務艙空間, 但也是十分的寬敞.

Personalized Menu Card - 他們航空公司非常與眾不同的一個體驗就是他們是少數幾間航空公司還有在飛機上配有隨行廚師來提供與陸地上相同的用餐體驗. 飛機上的主廚在十多年前的中華航空頭等艙曾經也有過圓山大飯店的主廚隨機烹飪餐點. 不過因為經濟的考量, 華航很快的就取消這種奢華的服務. Turkish Airlines則聘請當地著名的Do&Co Restuarant 來負責飛機上的餐點.
