在美國彷彿沒吃過漢堡就彷彿沒有真正的在美國生活一樣. 但是吃漢堡也是有很大的一門學問, 可以從最簡單快速的McDonalds到美味漢堡入門版的In & Out Burger到貴得嚇嚇叫的 Umami Burger等等.. 不過對我來說, 漢堡價位多寡並不是一個真正能決定美味程度的一個指標. 今天我花一塊錢去McDonalds的滿足感不見的會少於那$10一個的高貴Burger. Fronk's Burger就是老闆完成他的漢堡夢的場所. 店裡面所有的配料, 除了麵包之外,全部現點自製. 新鮮的配料加上獨特的醬料, 是他們開幕不到三年就在Yelp上面得到 4.5* 的超高評價的原因.
簡單的裝潢卻很有家庭式餐廳的風味. 桌邊放了許多種不同風味調味料供客人享用.
The Little Piggy - Angus Burger with BBQ Pork, Melted Montery Jack Cheese, Cole Slaw and Mayo. 他們的招牌漢堡之一. 慢烤至軟嫩的豬肉加上特製的BBQ Sauce, 融化的Cheese, 還有他們鮮美多汁的牛肉, Delicious!
Jalapeno Bacon Cheese Burger - Angus Beef Burger with Sliced Jalapenos, Grilled Onions, Maple Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato, Monetery Jack Cheese & Secret Burger Sauce.
The Bull Burger - Angus Beef Burger with Fried Egg, Maple Bacon, Monterey Jack Cheese, Grilled Onions, Lettuce, Tomato & Mayo. 這個漢堡我選擇的是比較接近我們在台灣會吃到有加荷包蛋的漢堡. 除此之外, 裡面還有烤洋蔥等配料. 我的Side Dish選擇的是他們的Sweet Potato Fries. 炸的酥脆的地瓜薯條, 配上了13種不同香料的調味料, 口感吃起來跟台灣的頂呱呱薯條相當接近.
超級多汁的漢堡, 他們家的Angus Beef可以吃的到牛肉的鮮味.

Mouth Watering Burger. Seriously! My mouth is drooling when I think of how JUICY and TASTY their burgers are.
Located in Bellflower, pretty much NOTHING nearby...its a semi residential/industrial burger but I guess this is by far the best hidden secret in the city of Bellflowers.
My buddies & I tried this place because of the excellent review (4.5/5). This place gonna be worth the drive. If the Michelin's Guide is still available in LA area. This must be on the recommended list.
Juicy, 1/2 Lb Burger Patty, Fried Eggs, Mayo, Grilled Onions, Moist Buns...YUMMMMMMMMM. I love their sides too. Their sweet potato fries are AMAZING. Mixture of Salty & Sweet...Organismic. My friend also loved his Little Piggy Burger. He said it was one of the best BBQ Pork in town. Only thing that they need to do is to lower the cost of the drinks...Its on the expensive side and its the average coke & sprite & lemonade selections.
